**Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee**

We stand behind Lucent. If your dog's breath and teeth aren't better after a month, we'll refund you — and you keep the bag.

- **Guarantee window:** 30 days from delivery.

- **How it works:** email support@lucentpet.com with your order number and we'll process your refund. You don't need to ship the product back for the first bag.

- **Refund method:** back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

- **Damaged or wrong item:** if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@lucentpet.com within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it, no return needed.

- **Subscriptions:** not offered yet — every order is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel.
